Our range of 4” borehole pumps will fit 4” or larger boreholes or shallow wells. Flow rates from 5 lpm to 375 lpm. Head up to 500 mtrs”. Recommended for pumping clean water with a sand content no higher than 150 g/m3. Suitable for use in the domestic, civil and industrial sectors, including for water supplies as part of a pressure set, irrigation, washdown systems, pressure boosting and fire fighting systems. All our 4” pumps are supplied only with Franklin motors.

Subteck RI 4" and 6" Submersible Pumps


Submersible pumps for deep wells of 6inch or greater diameter. Sized for connection to 4” Franklin motors up to 7.5 kw and 6” Franklin motors to 37 kw. Flow rates from 50 lpm to 950 lpm. Heads up to 350 m3/hr. Recommended for pumping clean water with a sand content no higher than 100 g/m3. High efficiency pumps with stainless shell and Noryl impellers.

Subteck SG Submersible Pumps


Submersible motor pumps for deep wells of 6” (DN 150mm), 8” (DN 200mm) and 10” (DN 250mm) diameter. Large flow rates from 200 to 6000 litres/min and up to 500 mtr head. Pumps are cast iron with bronze impellers of mixed flow design. Pumps are kept by us in kit form and can be assembled and delivered to the customer within 48 hrs or even a shorter timeframe if delivery is critical. Pumps are suitable for connection to Franklin 6” or 8” motors which are held in stock from 5.5 to 110 kw.

Starters


Our starter boxes for 4” Franklin motors are PVC with run and trip lights, on/off switch, overload with re-set button and capacitor. For larger motors, we can build to suit customer requirements. We have available a wide range of variable speed drives for use in single or multiple motor combinations. All our control panels are tested prior to dispatch and testing can be witnessed by customer on request.

EPS Brand Submersible Pumps


The ST range is an EPS branded product. They are manufactured to international standards. They include a floating impeller to handle water containing small amounts of sand. The discharge and inlet are made from precision cast stainless steel. The pump body is 304 polished stainless. A stainless non-return valve is fitted on pump outlet. We generally hold large stocks of these in 0.37 kw, 0.55 kw, 0.75 kw and 1.1 kw. Flow rates are from 5 litres/min to 80 litres/min and heads up to 250 mtrs. They are suitable for all domestic, agricultural and commercial water supplies.

Motors


All our motors are manufactured by Franklin Electric in Germany. We stock up to 500 submersible motors in 4”, 6” and 8” construction. From 0.37 kw to 7.5 kw in 4”. From 5.5 kw to 45 kw in 6” and balance in 8”. All motors are stainless with encapsulated stators, water cooled and are available on request with special seals to suit sandy conditions.
