This project by the EPS Group for Newmarket Co-Operative Creameries involved the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a wastewater treatment plant upgrade to increase capacity by 150%. Works included the conversion of an existing oxidation ditch to a fine bubble diffused aeration system, complete with flow boosters.
Further works included the upgrade of existing pumping stations, RAS and WAS pumping systems and an upgraded tertiary treatment filtration system comprising of three sand and gravel filters.
